Not all bamboo fabric is created the same. A lot of bamboo fabric on the market is made using toxic chemical solvents like carbon disulfide or sodium hydroxide to break the bamboo down into a usable fibre.

We have chosen a safer, enzyme based process to make bamboo fabric. 
✔️no harsh chemicals. ✔️ gentle on skin. ✔️ kinder to our planet.

Our chosen bamboo fabric is:

• Bamboo is sliced and boiled.
• Crushed and pressure cooked to begin breaking it down.
• Treated with biological enzymes to gently extract the natural fibre.
• Cleaned, bleached with hydrogen peroxide, and softened ( no harsh chemicals )

This means;

• Closed-loop system= no waste in waterways
  
• No toxic chemicals = safer for workers and the environment 
  
  

It’s slower and more expensive- but it’s the right way, and your little ones deserve nothing less.
