Returns

 

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the purchase date for either a store credit or a refund.

Please email us at hello@ellyandlou.co.nz regarding any returns. Elly and Lou must be notified prior to any returns.

Conditions below:

  • A full refund will be issued to full priced items only.
  • A full refund or store credit may be issued on a faulty garment after an investigation has been carried out.
  • No refunds will be given on shipping costs.
  • Store credits are only valid for 12 months from date of return.
  • Sale items or clearance items are not eligible for returns or refunds. These purchases are final so please make sure you choose carefully.
  • Please note, any Pilling is NOT a fault. If the pyjamas have been worn and washed and pilling occurs, it is a common occurrence with bamboo fabric due to its delicate fibres. You can however minimise pilling by following our care instructions. 
  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and tags still attached.

 

For all returns and exchanges please contact hello@ellyandlou.co.nz and provide us with your name and a reason for your return/exchange. Please note we do not accept the return or exchange of a sale item. If you are wanting to exchange an item be sure to contact us immediately to avoid disappointment in the event an item is sold out.

Return costs will be the responsibility of the customer. For exchanges the delivery cost will also be covered by the customer and we recommend using a track and trace courier. We will not be liable if a returning parcel is lost in transit.
