Shipping within New Zealand
We offer free shipping within New Zealand on all orders over $100 NZD
This is calculated at the checkout based on what you have in your cart. To receive free shipping, you must spend over $100 NZD.
Any purchase within New Zealand that is under $100 NZD, will have a flat shipping rate of $6. Please allow 1-5 business days for shipping (allow slightly longer for rural).
We cannot post to P.O boxes.
Shipping costs to Australia
NZ Post International 3-10 working days - tracked- $20 NZD flat rate fee.
Shipping costs International
NZ post international 3-15 working days $40 NZD flat rate fee.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel has been lost during transit, we will carry out an investigation with the courier. We will always do our best to provide the best outcomes for all our customers.
Important Tax information for all orders outside New Zealand
Any purchase outside of New Zealand may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are calculated once your parcel reaches your country.
Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. The international carrier may invoice you for the local taxes and duties, or you may have to deal with local customs directly to organise payment and the release of your parcel.
Please ensure you are aware of any possible charges you may incur in order to release your parcel.
If a parcel is held at customs or with the delivery provider with no response from the recipient it will be sent back to us, and the cost of this return postage will be deducted from the refund of the item.
General information
Please ensure your order is correct. No order changes or cancellations once your order has been shipped.
Any customs duties/ and or tax that is specific to your country is the responsibility of you as the customer, not Elly and Lou.
How long does it take for an order to be processed?
Please allow for 2 working days for the processing of any order. If an order is placed outside of our business hours, during the weekend or on public holidays it will begin processing the following business day.
However, please allow 5-7 working days if we are having a site-wide sale or new season launch as this can cause delays in our processing time due to the increased orders we have received at that time. We really appreciate your understanding and patience while we work hard to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible.
Once we have received payment, you will receive an email with your receipt. Please hold onto this should you wish to return or exchange your purchase. Once we have finished processing your order, you will receive another email informing you that your order is on its way to you with your tracking number.
