At Elly and Lou, our pyjamas are made with love- and caring for them is just as easy. Our signature bamboo pjs are buttery soft, breathable and built to last with the right care. Follow these simple steps to keep your pjs cozy, colourful and cuddle-ready for every bedtime adventure.

Washing

• Cold water is a MUST with the water temperature set to no warmer than 30˙C. For best results, choose a delicates or gentle wash cycle.
• Only use a mild or gentle laundry detergent. Do not use any bleach or fabric softeners- they can break down the natural bamboo fibres.
• Wash your pjs INSIDE-OUT. Before putting your pjs in the wash, flip them inside out. It's a simple trick to protect and extend the life of your new pjs.
• Sort your washing before chucking it all in the wash. Wash your pjs separately from any hard materials that could cause harm to them such as velcro, hooks, buttons and zips.
• Wash your Pjs with like colours.

Drying

• Lay flat or hang to dry for best results.
• If using a dryer, tumble dry on LOW to avoid any possible damage. (high heat can weaken bamboo fibres).
